Nothing on this website should be interpreted for medical and/or psychological diagnosis or treatment. It should not be used in place of the advice of your qualified mental health and/or healthcare provider. Coaching is not therapy. Please promptly address any healthcare-related questions with a physician or other qualified allied healthcare provider. Always consult your health care provider before embarking on a new treatment program. It would be best never to disregard medical or psychological advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this website. While somatic coaching can be highly effective, it is essential to note that individual results may vary, and it is not considered therapy. The coaching process is highly dependent on the client's commitment, openness, and willingness to engage in the process of learning new tools. The coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Please be aware that coaching is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you require therapeutic or specialized assistance, it is recommended to seek appropriate professional help as soon as possible. Somatic coaching is a collaborative process that requires active participation and engagement from the client. It is important to understand that the client is ultimately responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the coaching process. Somatic coaching sessions are confidential, and the coach will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the client's personal information. However, there may be circumstances where the coach is legally obligated to disclose information, such as instances of suspected abuse or harm to self or others.

You acknowledge that you are using our coaching service and are fully informed as a Participant.  The service is provided “as is,” and the owner, affiliates, and 3-party service providers hereby expressly disclaim any and all warranties, liabilities, fitness for any technique or strategy, guarantee or completeness of any information contained therein and provided by the owner.  The owner and affiliates of Powder Somatics shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of the learning from any coaching services provided to you.  Your use of these practices and techniques shall be entirely your responsibility. By engaging in somatic coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the contents of this disclaimer, more specifically, that coaching is not therapy. It is essential to ask any questions or seek clarification before beginning the coaching process.
